Over 15 years ago I began working in civil rights for people with disabilities, as a person with a disabilty this was close to my heart. In my advocacy journey I saw a discrepency between laws and the services provided for people with disabilities. I wanted to start an agency that did things differently. I believe that what we do is provide supports for people with disabilities disguised as social justice creating change within our community.

I completed all coursework for my PhD in Family Life Education & Consultation (someday I will finish my dissertation!) and have an undergrad degree in Counseling. Knowledge gained through my education, professional, and personal experiences guide my approach to leading our company.

In my free time I enjoy spending time with my family, reading, and traveling to just about anywhere. A fun fact about me is that I am married to one of my co-workers :)

Volunteering and then working in the disability community for the last 13 years I saw a need that was unmet while I served as the President of the Board of The Arc of Jefferson County. I decided I could use my business background to help, so I started providing employment services on a small scale, and have been growing steadily over the past 7 years! The disability community means a lot to me personally has both my wife and son are on the ASD spectrum.
In my free time I love to spend time with my family, going on vacations, and traveling. A fun fact about me is that I am a cigar aficionado and I like to collect and refurbish old vacuums!

Tadum Griggs
Job Coach
I am a student at Front Range Community college working towards a degree in Forestry. Once I finish at Front Range, I plan to transfer to CSU to pursue a career in Conservation. I was introduced to this field through a past coworker who is a client of Tandem Employment Services. We got along great and I wanted to learn more about the field so I spoke to the business owner. I have always been passionate about equality for all people and I love making connections with others that live in my community. Despite the differences this field has to my long-term goal of working in Conservation, it is the perfect fit for me!
In my freetime I love hiking, spending time with my cat, and aquascaping cool fish tanks for my betta! One fun fact about me is that I love documentaries of all kinds. I look forward to working with and getting to know you!
