At the heart of our organization stands a visionary leader, Cassidy Dellemonache, an autistic woman and a devoted mother to an autistic child. Cassidy's remarkable journey is a testament to her unwavering dedication to fostering change and inclusivity. Her pivotal role as the Executive Director of The Arc of Larimer County and Assodicate Director of The Arc of Colorado, coupled with her tireless advocacy for inclusive employment Colorado legislation, has illuminated the pressing need for local support and services tailored to individuals with disabilities. Motivated by personal experiences and armed with a deep understanding of the challenges faced by this community, Cassidy embarked on a mission 5 years ago to transform the Northern Colorado employment landscape for the better. 

 

Her vision is clear: to create nurturing and inclusive work environments that empower individuals with disabilities to not only succeed but to thrive.
